Shipping
All orders will be packed and shipped within 1-3 business days from date of payment. An update that your order has been shipped with your waybill tracking number will be sent via email.

Delivery within Metro Manila is 1 to 3 business days.
Delivery to provincial areas take 2 to 5 business days.
If you want to have your package delivered within the same day, we can deliver thru Grab/ Lalamove, (delivery price depends on your location. Pick up point is San Juan City). Just send us a DM on Instagram or send a viber message at 0927- 9475858.
Payment Methods:
Reservation is only upto 2 business days only.
We accept the following payment options:
- Paypal for credit card and debit card transactions
- Banks: BDO and BPI
- Gcash
Kindly send your proof of payment via email (pinklemonwear@gmail.com) with your ORDER NUMBER and FULL NAME. We will send an email confirmation that we received your payment within 1-3 business days.
Returns and Exchanges
- We allow exchange of full priced items (for equal or higher price items, subject to availability). Strictly no returns or refunds.
- SALE items purchased are final, may not be returned nor exchanged.
- Please contact us to notify us of exchange within 48 hours of receiving the item. All items must be returned within 7 working days from the date of notification. All items for exchange must be in good condition, unused with complete tags still intact.
- All shipping costs for returns/exchanges shall be shouldered by the customer (unless the item delivered is defective or an incorrect size/item/color – shipping cost will be shouldered by the shop)
